In order to find the right degree of grinding, we have to experiment a bit.
If you have a grinder with a grind setting, you should start at 2.5 and adjust the grind accordingly depending on the result:
- If the coffee flows too quickly, set a finer grind.
- If the coffee does not flow at all, too slowly or with interruptions, you should set the grinding degree to a coarser one.
